By Air: Shillong Umroi Airport is the closest to Dawki, only 100 km away, You can also fly to Guwahati airport, Assam   and then hire a taxi to reach Dawki.

By Rail : If you planning to reach Dawki by train, book your tickets to Guwahati, Assam. From there, it is about a 200 kilometre drive. You can either board the public or private buses that run through Dawki .You can also hire a taxi from Guwahati railway station and reach Dawki easily.

By Road: Dawki is 95 km  from Shillong and 150 km  from Guwahati by road. You can rent a taxi from either of the locations and get to Dawki easily.

 Dawki has beautiful weather throughout the year. Dawki can be visited both during the summer and winter. Although it does get colder in winter, the temperature stays pleasant and bearable to anyone.
