Booking Procedure

1. You can book a car using any of the four methods mentioned below:
   • Submit any "online booking form" available on the website or fill up this contact us form.

   • Send a message on +917896270426 via WhatsApp
   • Send an email to jumbosafaritours@gmail.com
2. 25% of the booking ammount need to be paid in advance. Your trip will only be confirmed after we receive the advance payment.
3. You need to deposit the amount to the following account:

4. For UPI payment, you can scan the QR code or pay at jumbosafari@barodampay jumbosafari@barodampay
5. Send the us the transfer details via email or WhatsApp .
   Note: In case you are unable to initiate your bookings, call your personnel at Jumbo Safari and we'll do that for you
6. Details of your journey will be sent to you one day prior to your date 04 of arrival via SMS.
7. Terms & Conditions:
   1. In case someone asks for extra charges during the journey, please inform us. If paid without our knowledge, we shall not be held responsible.
   2. In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels due to any circumstance, please do not panic we will provide you with other options.
   3. In case you are not convinced with the newer options, the advance paid will be refunded to you, given that it is communicated to us within a day.
   4. Hotel rooms allotted under the "Economy Package" are sometimes going to be basic, so if you find anything uncomfortable or faulty, kindly let the hotel authority know

   6. Meals included in the package will be served at the hotel or at other tie-up restaurants.
   7. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system
   8. We suggest you to check reviews and location of the hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package
   9. Anything ordered outside the menu or the promised meal must be paid directly by the guest
   10. Luxury hotels are not available in certain places. However, we'll provide you with the best possible option as per your tour category
   11. Bring original copy of any one of the following address proofs/identity cards with you: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID or Aadhaar card.
   12. JUMBO SAFARI TOURS & TRAVELS shall not be held responsible for acts of God or forced major events, weather condition and other labor activities and the additional cost incurred by the consequence of such events.
