This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is short because we do not collect much.
What you give us
When you send an enquiry — through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email — we get your name, contact details, travel dates and whatever you tell us about the trip. That is it. We use it to quote for you and to reply. If you book, we also collect what the trip itself requires: identity documents for Inner Line Permits and Bhutan entry, and passenger names for hotel registration.
What the website collects
We run advertising and performance-marketing campaigns, so this site uses cookies and similar tools to measure which campaigns bring people here and whether they get in touch. That data is aggregated — it tells us a campaign worked, not who you are. Your browser can block these cookies and the site will still work normally.
Who else sees it
Only the people needed to deliver your trip: hotels and homestays for registration, permit offices, airlines and ferry operators where the itinerary includes them, and our own drivers. Our advertising platforms receive aggregated campaign data. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are kept for about a year in case you come back to us. Booking records are kept longer because tax and tourism rules require it. Identity documents submitted for permits are deleted once the permit process is done.
Marketing messages
We do not send bulk mail. If you enquire, we will reply about that enquiry and follow up once or twice if we do not hear back. Tell us to stop and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — other than records we are legally required to keep. Message or email us and we will handle it rather than sending you a form.
